1 Introduction

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your top77fn account must be funded from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited. top77fn reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian bank transfers are typically credited to your account balance instantly. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB) are credited upon the required number of network confirmations, which may take between 20 minutes and 2 hours depending on the network.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before withdrawals above the minimum threshold are processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.

• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance deduction of RM5 after written notification.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any legitimate real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the registered payment method following successful KYC verification and AML review. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, top77fn shall not be liable for:
